Fitted with a standard oversized oven, the Vulcan EV48S-4HT240 range includes one rack with three possible positions and an interior measuring 26 1/2 in. W x 26 3/8 in. D x 14 in. H to accommodate full-size sheet pans in either orientation. The oven thermostat adjusts from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and features a top browning control for finishing applications.
