A full-width crumb tray beneath the cooking surface collects debris, and the stainless steel single-deck high shelf offers added convenience for staging tools or ingredients during service.

The Vulcan EV48S-4HT480 features a standard oversized oven with an interior measuring 26 1/2 inches wide by 26 3/8 inches deep by 14 inches higha€”capable of holding full-size sheet pans loaded front to back or side to side. The oven includes one rack with three position settings, along with a top browning control and thermostat that adjusts from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The front, sides, riser, shelf, and legs are all stainless steel, and 6-inch adjustable legs support leveling across various floor types.
