The Vulcan EV48SS-8FP208 electric range features two standard ovens, each designed to accommodate full-size 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans loaded front to back. Both oven cavities measure 20 inches wide by 26 1/2 inches deep by 14 inches high and include one rack with three adjustable positions. Each oven also includes a top browning control and a thermostat that can be set between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. A welded aluminized steel frame supports the full unit, while 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs help stabilize it in busy environments.

Designed for multi-zone surface cooking, the Vulcan EV48SS-8FP208 range includes eight 9 1/2-inch round French hot plates that are individually controlled by infinite heat switches. A full-width stainless steel crumb tray catches debris beneath the cooking surface to aid in cleanup. The stainless steel exterior covers the front, sides, riser, shelf, and legs for corrosion resistance, while the single-deck high shelf provides overhead space for frequently used tools or pans.
