The Vulcan EV48SS-8FP480 electric range maximizes cooking flexibility with eight 9 1/2-inch cast iron French hot plates and two standard ovens. Each oven fits 18-inch by 26-inch pans front to back and includes one rack with three positions. Infinite hot plate controls and 200a€“500-degree Fahrenheit thermostats help staff manage simultaneous sautA©ing, boiling, and baking tasks with precision and control.
Built with a fully MIG-welded aluminized steel frame, the Vulcan EV48SS-8FP480 electric range with hot plates withstands high-use conditions. Its stainless steel exterior resists rust and simplifies cleaning. This 480-volt model supports both single- and three-phase wiring for installation flexibility. Mounted on 6-inch adjustable legs, the unit stays level on uneven flooring and allows access underneath for routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
