The Vulcan EV60SS-10FP208 electric range with French hot plates is built for durability with a fully MIG-welded aluminized steel frame and a rust-resistant stainless steel exterior. Cool-to-the-touch knobs improve operator safety during extended use. Designed for 208-volt connections, it supports both single- and three-phase wiring. Six-inch adjustable legs help maintain balance on uneven floors and provide clearance for cleaning beneath the unit.
