Sheet pans load easily in both compartments to streamline cooking workflows.
Constructed with a fully MIG-welded aluminized steel frame, the Vulcan EV60SS-10FP480 electric range with French hot plates holds up to frequent use and cleanup. Its stainless steel surfaces resist rust and dents. Oven thermostats reach 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and each cavity includes top browning control. Adjustable 6-inch legs provide clearance and balance for cleaning and stability.
