A 240-volt connection accommodates high-demand kitchen workflows, while the combination of one standard and one oversized oven enables users to bake and roast simultaneously without sacrificing capacity.
Durability and usability define the Vulcan EV60SS-5HT240. Its MIG-welded aluminized steel frame provides rugged support beneath a stainless steel exterior that stands up to repeated cleaning and wear. Each oven includes a thermostat that reaches 500 degrees Fahrenheit, top browning control, and a removable rack. Six-inch adjustable legs help maintain level footing on uneven kitchen floors.
