The Vulcan EV60SS-6FP24G208 restaurant rangea€™s cool-to-touch control knobs manipulate the hot plates and two ovensa€”one standard and one oversized. They both feature an additional control for the top browning element, which can act as a broiler. Debris from the ovena€™s contents is collected in the stainless steel crumb tray, which pulls out for easy disposal. The full unit sits on four 6-inch adjustable legs.
