To remove scraps from dishes before they are washed in a compartment sink or warewasher, the T&S B-5110-12CRB8TP EasyInstall DuraPull pre-rinse unit has a 30-inch flexible hose. For convenience, this hose can be moved to reach every plate in the sink, and the add-on faucet below swivels to reach multiple sink bowls. Pulling down the blue sprayer grip activates the pre-rinse hose's water flow, while the swing faucet has color-coded lever handles. Cerama cartridges control water flow when it is turned on, and their one-piece construction provides more reliability than previous designs. To prevent cross flow, or cold water flowing into the hot water supply, the cartridges have check valves. Enabling operators to supply the unit with a chemical injector system and other accessories, an accessory tee is included with the unit.
