The Taylor 5248379 fillet knife has a large, white nonslip handle that features has a rigid nylon core and a soft, easy-to-grip texture. Ideal for slicing through delicate meat such as fish, the fillet design makes the blade thin. Made of high carbon German steel, the stamped blade is stain and corrosion resistant; it maintains its sharp edge over long periods of time. The knife is 11⁷/₁₆ inches long overall with a 6-inch-long blade.
