AccuTemp EGF2083B2450-T1 24" Electric Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 3/16" Steel Plate, 208v/3ph

The AccuTemp EGF2083B2450-T1 Accu-Steam™ EG Series griddle mounts on top of counters and is equipped with bullet feet for stability. Inside the griddle, a vacuum chamber with heating elements warms chemically pure water to create steam inside the griddle's hermetically sealed steam chamber. The steam heats the ³/₁₆-inch-thick griddle plate and can heat the entire 24⁹/₁₀-inch-wide cooking surface within a temperature range of 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, the water never needs to be replaced. With front service access to digital thermostat controls, the operator can easily plug in the desired temperature. A heating indicator light turns on when the griddle is warming up, and if it gets too hot, the over-temperature indicator light warns the operator. Users can program three different preset temperatures into the unit, and access can be restricted with the griddle's manager mode technology, which locks temperature controls for unauthorized users.

Great for cooking pancakes, eggs, meats, toasts, and sandwiches, the AccuTemp EGF2083B2450-T1 Accu-Steam EG Series griddle is a versatile tool with durable safety features that enhance user experience. Grease is collected in a trough, drains through a chute, and ends up in a 5-quart drawer for removal and dumping. This mechanism contains grease in one place for safe removal after it cools. During cooking, foods and hot oil are contained by back and side splashes to keep the griddle's contents from splashing onto countertops and the floor.
