AccuTemp EGF2083B3650-S2 36" Electric Griddle w/ Mobile Stand - Thermostatic Controls - 3/16" Steel Plate, 208v/3ph

Equipped with four casters for quick repositioning in commercial kitchens, the AccuTemp EGF2083B3650-S2 Accu-Steam™ EG Series griddle uses heating elements immersed in chemically pure water, creating steam to warm the 35⁹/₁₀-inch-wide cooking surface. A hermetically sealed steam chamber heats the ³/₁₆-inch-thick steel griddle plate to as high as 400 degrees Fahrenheit for uniform cooking. Users have access to a front service digital thermostat, which has a 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit range. Three temperatures can be preset into the thermostat, while the manager mode prevents unauthorized users from tampering with the thermostat by locking temperature input controls. A heating indicator light glows when the griddle warms up, though if it gets too hot, operators are warned with the over-temperature indicator light.

The AccuTemp EGF2083B3650-S2 Accu-Steam EG Series griddle's body is constructed of polished stainless steel for durability, while its griddle plate is made of cold-rolled and annealed stainless steel to provide a surface that can be quickly cleaned and minimize food residue. When grilling, food contents and grease stay contained inside the griddle with a 4-inch-high back splash and tapered side splashes. This design helps prevent food and oil from dripping over the sides of the griddle and onto the floor. With food contained on the griddle, grease is directed to the grease trough, through the drop chute, and into the 6¹/₂-quart grease drawer for safe cleanup. The griddle's casters assist in transporting the griddle through the kitchen as needed, which helps with cleaning up underneath it to preserve a sanitary workspace.
