The Accutemp EGF2083B3650-T1 electric griddle is compact, which is great for kitchens with little counter space such as mobile kitchens, food trucks, and diners. Sealed inside a vacuum chamber, the low watt density heating elements are submerged in chemically pure water. This closed-system design never needs to be changed or refilled, and the steam chamber evenly heats the entire surface of the griddle for uniform cooking. Thermostatic temperature control ensures consistent heating temperature during extended cooking periods.

The Accutemp EGF2083B3650-T1 features a digital thermostat with manager lock out control. Because of the heavy-gauge stainless steel construction, this griddle resists rust, corrosion, and denting, while the stainless steel legs are capped with rubberized bullet feet for stable operation. While a wraparound backsplash contains hot oil splashes, a full front grease trough and large grease drawer streamline griddle reset between orders. For visibility and accessibility, the digital display is located on the front for visibility and fast access.
