AccuTemp EGF2403A2450-S2 24" Electric Griddle w/ Mobile Stand - Thermostatic Controls - 3/16" Steel Plate, 240v/3ph

The Accutemp EGF2403A2450-S2 Accu-Steam™ griddle features a hermetically sealed steam chamber that heats the griddle plate and distributes that heat evenly across the surface. To provide durability when exposed to repeated heating and cooling, the plate is made of cold-rolled 7-gauge stainless steel. Adding strength as well as resistance to rusting and corroding, the cabinet is constructed of 14-gauge stainless steel. To protect the adjoining wall from grease splatter, it's designed with a 4-inch-high backsplash.

Using a digital thermostat, operators can set the temperature of the Accutemp EGF2403A2450-S2 electric griddle between 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. It's equipped with a control guard to prevent accidental adjustment, while the manager mode locks the temperature controls to prevent unauthorized users from making changes. To simplify end-of-day cleanup, it features a 4-inch grease trough, and the unit is mounted on a stainless steel stand and fitted with casters for mobility.
