Made of strong, cold-rolled 7-gauge stainless steel, the Accutemp EGF2403A4850-T1 Accu-Steam™ countertop griddle's plate is built to withstand rigorous use and frequent temperature changes. The cabinet is constructed of 14-gauge stainless steel for additional durability, while the hermetically sealed steam chamber ensures even heat distribution for uniform cooking results. To reduce the risk of overheating or injury, it's equipped with heating and over-temperature indicator lights. Using digital thermostatic controls, operators can adjust the griddle's temperature between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

For countertop placement, the Accutemp EGF2403A4850-T1 electric griddle is elevated on 4-inch legs with bullet feet. It features a built-in grease trough to expedite cleaning, while its 4-inch-high backsplash helps keep grease splatter off the adjoining wall. It's fitted with a control guard to prevent accidental temperature changes, and its manager mode prohibits unauthorized users from making adjustments. Overall, this unit measures 48¹/₄ inches wide by 34⁷/₁₀ inches deep by 12³/₄ inches high.
