AccuTemp EGF2403B2450-T1 24" Electric Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 3/16" Steel Plate, 240v/3ph

Ideal for high-volume environments, the Accutemp EGF2403B2450-T1 Accu-Steam™ countertop griddle's plate is made of cold-rolled 7-gauge stainless steel. This metal provides excellent resistance to rusting and scratching and can withstand repeated heating and cooling without bending or warping. For additional durability and corrosion resistance, the cabinet is made of 14-gauge stainless steel. Its hermetically sealed steam chamber ensures heat is distributed evenly throughout the griddle plate, and to protect walls from splatter and keep messes contained, it's built with a 4-inch-high backsplash.

Measuring 24¹/₄ inches wide by 28⁷/₁₀ inches deep by 12³/₄ inches high overall, the Accutemp EGF2403B2450-T1 electric griddle is raised on 4-inch legs with bullet feet. It features over-temperature and heating indicator lights to reduce the risk of injury or overheating and is equipped with a control guard to prevent accidental temperature changes. Using a precise digital thermostat, operators can set the unit's temperature between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit. To expedite cleanup, it features a built-in grease trough that collects runoff.
