Because this unit operates with induction, it cooks product quickly, evenly, and efficiently. Intended for countertop placement, it measures 25.86 inches wide by 28.23 inches deep by 7.80 inches high.

The Garland GIIC-DG7.0 countertop griddle offers two cooking zones; the temperature of each can be adjusted from 120 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit using precise thermostatic controls. To prevent overheating, it has an automatic shut-off feature, while its LED readout displays the unit's temperature. Because it's equipped with adjustable feet, the unit can be raised or lowered to a comfortable working height.
