The Garland GIIC-SG3.5 countertop induction griddle is constructed of stainless steel€”a rugged, easy-to-clean metal that withstands daily use without rusting or corroding. To further expedite cleaning, it features a removable grease filter and a splashguard to contain splatter. It has an operating temperature range of 120 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and to prohibit overheating, it has an automatic shut-off feature. This unit is equipped with a simple tap-and-turn knob to adjust the temperature and an LED display that shows the temperature.

For countertop use, the Garland GIIC-SG3.5 electric griddle measures 20.91 inches wide by 19.41 inches deep by 7.80 inches high. It's furnished with adjustable feet, enabling users to lower or raise it to a comfortable working height.
