Garland GTGG36-G36M 36" Gas Griddle w/ Manual Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Liquid Propane

The Garland GTGG36-G36M heavy-duty gas griddle is engineered for side-by-side use with other Garland griddle models. Geared for high-volume use, burners are located every 12 inches beneath the 1-inch-thick steel griddle plate, and each burner can heat the plate from 320 to 730 degrees Fahrenheit. Preventing burning and undercooking, the user-operated hi-lo valve control helps manage the cooking results. Easy to kickstart, it uses a piezo pilot ignition system, and overall, it has a 35⁷/₈-inch-wide by 23-inch-deep cooking surface to cook multiple foods at once.

The Garland GTGG36-G36M commercial griddle's front, sides and back are made of stainless steel to withstand extended use. In front of the griddle plate, a 4-inch-deep by 3¹/₂-inch-high front rail doubles as a work surface, meaning users have quick access to dishes and utensils during plating. Designed to sit on a countertop, it comes with 4-inch adjustable legs that keep a 1.4-gallon grease drawer lifted, and users can easily scrape oily runoff into the 4-inch-wide grease trough.
