The Globe GEG24 electric griddle's ¹/₂-inch-thick plate recovers heat quickly for spontaneous use. A thermostatic controller placed every 12 inches distributes uniform heat; the temperature is adjustable from 150 to 480 degrees Fahrenheit. With 24-inch-wide by 16.3-inch-deep cooking space, two foods can be cooked at the same time, increasing production. To protect the user, this unit's stainless steel front edge is cool to the touch.

Cleaning the Globe GEG24 commercial electric griddle is easy; grease moves into the trough and debris falls into the catch tray. Back and side splash guards welded onto the unit prevent oil splashes on adjacent surfaces. Designed to fit on countertops, its 3¹/₂-inch stainless steel adjustable feet account for uneven surfaces. Overall, it measures 24 inches wide, 21.7 inches deep, and 12.9 inches high.
