Globe GG36G 36" Gas Griddle w/ Manual Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Convertible

The Globe GG36G gas griddle features a 36-inch-wide by 20-inch-deep by 1-inch-thick, highly polished steel griddle plate that's fully welded to the front plate and frame for durability. Its insulated double wall front and side concentrate heat on the cooking area, while it's cool-to-touch front edge protects users from burns. To catch popping grease and particulates, this unit is designed with a 3¹/₂-inch tapered splash guard. For streamlined cleaning, it comes with a removable stainless steel catch tray and a 4-inch trough that can accommodate most spatulas. To elevate the unit on countertops, it's mounted on 4-inch adjustable stainless steel legs.

For flexible temperature control, the Globe GG36G griddle features front-accessible, individual pilots with metal control knobs. It has three stainless steel U-style burners spaced every 12 inches to evenly heat the griddle plate; each burner operates at 30,000 BTU for a total unit output of 90,000 BTU. This unit requires a ³/₄-inch-diameter gas connection, and while it ships equipped for natural gas, it includes a conversion kit for switching to LP gas. Overall, this unit measures 36 inches wide by 32¹⁷/₂₅ inches deep by 15³/₄ inches high.
