Globe GG36TG 36" Gas Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Convertible

For lasting durability, the Globe GG36TG gas griddle's 36-inch-wide by 20-inch-deep by 1-inch-thick highly polished steel griddle plate is fully welded to the front plate. While its cool-to-touch front edge minimizes burn risks, its insulated double-wall front and side concentrate heat around the cooking area for effective cooking. To streamline cleaning, it has a 3¹/₂-inch tapered splash guard to protect the surrounding area from grease and particulates, and its stainless steel catch tray can be removed. The 4-inch grease trough is also wide enough to accommodate spatulas for enhanced hygiene. For stability on uneven surfaces, this 36-inch-wide by 32¹⁷/₂₅-inch-deep by 15³/₄-inch-high unit is mounted on 4-inch adjustable stainless steel legs.

The Globe GG36TG griddle features a piezo-style ignition with front-accessible individual pilots and thermostatic controls. To effectively sear vegetables and proteins, it has three stainless steel U-style burners that generate temperatures between 200 and 575 degrees Fahrenheit. Each burner operates at 30,000 BTU per burner€”90,000 BTU total€”to effectively heat the griddle plate in a 12-inch range. Although this unit ships equipped for natural gas, it includes a field conversion kit and regulator for use with liquid propane. This griddle requires a ³/₄-inch-diameter gas connection.
