It measures 48 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 14 inches high overall, while serpentine elements beneath the plate reduce cold spots on the cooking surface. Thermostatic controls regulate the temperatures, and a 4-inch-wide grease gutter and 1-gallon grease can with a weep hole help maintain the cooking area's overall cleanliness.
The ledge, splash guard, sides, and front of the Imperial ITG-48-E electric griddle are made of durable stainless steel. The knobs are made of break-resistant plastic, while 4-inch legs provide the griddle with stability during use.
