Engineered to fit on countertops, the Equipex PSS-400/1 Sodir-Roller griddle measures 16 inches wide by 19 inches deep by 9 inches high. Its single cooking zone is thermostatically controlled, and it has a maximum cooking temperature of 570 degrees Fahrenheit. To prevent inadvertent adjustments, it features a recessed control panel. When not in use, operators can quickly power the unit down with an on/off switch.
Ideal for environments where it will sustain heavy use, the Equipex PSS-400/1 countertop griddle is made of resilient stainless steel. This metal resists rusting, denting, and corroding, and it?s simple to clean. To further simplify the cleaning process, it?s furnished with a removable grease drawer. Integrated back and side splashes protect walls and surrounding equipment from grease splatter.
