The Equipex PSS-400 Sodir-Roller griddle features a single thermostatically controlled cooking zone. Operators can set the temperature to a maximum of 570 degrees Fahrenheit, and to prevent accidental adjustments, its control panel is recessed. Enabling users to quickly power it down when not in use, it?s equipped with an on/off switch. Intended for countertop placement, this unit measures 16 inches wide by 19 inches deep by 9 inches high.
Durable and easy to clean, the Equipex PSS-400 countertop griddle features a brushed steel cooking plate. The rest of the unit is made of stainless steel?a rugged metal that provides excellent defense against rust and corrosion. It?s furnished with back and sides splashes to keep splatter away from nearby walls and equipment. To further streamline cleaning, it?s equipped with a removable grease drawer.
