With a maximum cooking temperature of 570 degrees Fahrenheit, the Equipex PSS-900 1PH Sodir-Roller countertop griddle is divided into three cooking zones. Each zone is thermostatically controlled for precision, and the control panel is recessed to reduce the risk of accidental changes. Made of brushed steel, the griddle plate won?t harbor stuck-on residue. The rest if the unit is constructed of rust- and scratch-resistant stainless steel to support heavy use.

To prevent hot grease from splattering onto nearby walls and equipment, the Equipex PSS-900 1PH electric griddle is designed with integrated back and sides splashes. To further speed up cleaning, it features a grease drawer that can be removed and emptied at the end of the day. When the unit is not in use, operators can quickly power it down with an on/off switch. This unit is built for countertop placement, measuring 36 inches wide by 19 inches deep by 9 inches high.
