Its enameled steel cooking surface releases food easily, reducing stuck-on food and streamlining cleaning. With two cooking zones, two foods can be cooked simultaneously because each cooking zone is controlled thermostatically for adjustment as high as 570 degrees Fahrenheit. When a cooking zone is heated, a temperature indicator light notifies the operator to avoid burns.

The Equipex PSSE-600/1 Sodir commercial plancha includes an accessible on/off switch. Its stainless steel base can be cleaned quickly and its single-piece griddle plate has splashes integrated into its sides and back, preventing hot oil from popping onto nearby surfaces. By collecting grease on the griddle plate and in the grease drawer, oil and fat can be removed easily. Designed to fit on a countertop, it measures 24 inches wide by 19 inches deep and 9 inches high.
