The Star 515TGF Star-Max? electric griddle operates from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit with snap-action thermostats embedded in the cooking surface; this enables operators to set the heat level to a specific temperature. Heat is evenly distributed across the 1-inch-thick polished steel plate, and a heating element every 12 inches ensures precise cooking.

This Star 515TGF Star-Max electric griddle has 4¹/₂-inch-tall tapered splash guards that contain splatter. A stainless steel bull-nose design hangs over the knobs and protects them from damage while reducing the risk of burns for employees. Because the griddle's top and front are made of stainless steel, they are durable for commercial use.
