Operating at temperatures from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, the Star 636TF Star-Max? griddle has an embedded modulating thermostat that quickly responds when the temperature adjusts. Every 12 inches of the 36-inch plate is heated by a U-shaped burner, ensuring even heat distribution. Since the plate is 1 inch thick, it heats evenly and stays hot for long periods. Splash guards keep messes contained, while the grease trough moves liquid into the grease drawer. This Star 636TF Star-Max griddle has a welded body and stainless steel front for durability.
