Vulcan 948RX 48" Gas Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

The Vulcan 948RX natural gas griddle is suited for steakhouses and burger joints, offering 4 feet of grilling space for establishments with significant customer traffic. To help it retain heat more efficiently than thinner plates once it rises to the correct temperature, the griddle plate is made of 1-inch-thick steel. A 6-quart grease drawer supports sizable waste storage and facilitates cleaning due to its stainless steel construction. The rest of the griddle is mostly stainless steel, increasing its durability and service life. On the front, a bullnose ledge protects users from accidentally burning themselves on the plate. Its gas ignition can function manually or electronically, enabling the user to choose whichever they are more comfortable with, and the gas flow can be shut off if problems arise.
