To keep the wall behind the unit and surrounding equipment clean, the Vulcan MSA60-30 countertop griddle has a 4-inch backsplash and tapered side splashes. Prohibiting messes from contaminating the countertop, it has a front-mounted grease trough that holds 6 quarts of crumbs and food debris. The temperature can be adjusted with control knobs, that have heavy-duty guards to prevent employees from bumping into them and accidentally changing the settings. With mechanical snap-action thermostats embedded every 12 inches, this unit has five cooking zones.

The Vulcan MSA60-30 gas griddle is made of durable stainless steel that won't rust or corrode when exposed to water and cleaning chemicals. To retain heat and provide uniform distribution, the griddle plate is 1 inch thick and made of polished steel that can be wiped down after use. It's a countertop unit that measures 60 inches wide by 37¹/₂ inches deep by 15¹/₄ inches high.
