Designed for countertop placement, the Vulcan VCCG24-IS gas griddle measures 24 inches wide by 33¹/₁₀ inches deep by 18⁴/₅ inches high. Its 4-inch legs are adjustable, enabling users to level it on uneven surfaces, and its grease drawer accommodates 6 quarts of runoff to streamline cleaning. With its temperature range of 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, the griddle can be used to cook a variety of products such as pancakes, burgers, or eggs. To ensure safe operation, this unit features an electronic ignition with a pilot protection system.

Strong and long lasting, the front, sides, and top ledge of the Vulcan VCCG24-IS countertop griddle are made of rust-resistant stainless steel. It features a fully welded stainless and aluminized chassis for additional durability, and its back and side splashes help contain splatter. Each of the unit's 12-inch cooking zones are controlled independently with a solid-state thermostat for precise adjustment. To prevent accidental changes, the knobs are shielded with chrome-plated wire guards.
