Vulcan VCCG60-AR 60" Gas Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Chrome Plate, Natural Gas

Able to prepare bacon, hamburgers, eggs, and chicken breasts, the Vulcan VCCG60-AR gas griddle has a temperature range of 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Spaced 12 inches apart, the U-shaped atmospheric burners are made of aluminized steel and provide heat evenly across the cooking surface. The unit includes ignition diagnostics and pilot protection, and to protect countertops from heat, it rests on 4-inch legs that can be adjusted to keep it level.

The Vulcan VCCG60-AR countertop gas griddle has a griddle plate made of polished chrome with a smooth surface that releases food to prevent sticking. Its cooking surface measures 60 inches by 24 inches and is heated with individually controlled burners, enabling multiple cook zones at different temperatures. To control grease splatters and runoff, the griddle has a front grease trough and a wraparound splatter guard made of stainless steel. Providing support to the griddle is a welded chassis made of aluminized and stainless steel.
