Vulcan VCCG60-AS 60" Gas Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

Each of the Vulcan VCCG60-AS countertop griddle?s five burners are controlled with an individual thermostat, enabling users to set multiple cook zones when preparing a variety of dishes. By setting different temperatures across the griddle, users can cook chicken breasts, burgers, eggs, and pancakes at the same time. Made of 1-inch-thick polished steel, the griddle plate is durable enough to withstand repeated use at high temperatures without warping or cracking. The unit?s U-shaped atmospheric burners heat the plate evenly to avoid cold spots. Spaced 12 inches apart, the solid-state thermostats have electronic spark ignition.

To prevent accidental thermostat changes, the Vulcan VCCG60-AS gas griddle has chrome wire guards that wrap around the knobs? fronts, shielding them from impacts. The griddle?s plate is wrapped with a splatter guard that?s 4 inches high in the back and sloped on the sides, protecting adjacent walls and countertops from grease splashes. At the griddle?s front, a stainless steel grease trough catches grease and debris and channels it into the unit?s two 6-quart storage drawers. Resting on adjustable, 4-inch legs, the griddle is raised off countertops, reducing the risk of heat damage.
