Vulcan VCCG72-AS 72" Gas Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

For durability and corrosion resistance, the Vulcan VCCG72-AS gas griddle is made of stainless steel and positioned on 4-inch adjustable legs for stabilization on uneven countertops. The U-shaped aluminum burners are adjustable from 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit with solid-state thermostats, which are positioned every 12 inches to create multiple cooking zones. Recovering lost temperatures quickly for consistent cooking, the griddle plate is made of 1-inch-thick steel.

Preventing messes from reaching the countertop, the Vulcan VCCG72-AS commercial griddle has a grease trough and two grease drawers. Taking up minimal space in a crowded environment, this unit measures 72 inches wide by 33¹/₁₀ inches deep by 18⁴/₅ inches high, and to keep the surrounding areas clean, this griddle is equipped with a 4-inch backsplash and tapered side splashes.
