Powered by natural gas, the Vulcan VMG24NG gas griddle includes a smooth bullnose front that buffers the control panel and protects hands from hot edges. A fully welded grease chute prevents leaking and directs runoff into a 6-quart front-access drawer. Four adjustable legs provide a steady base, while the stainless and aluminized steel frame resists rust and deformation during repeated use.

Rear and tapered side splash guards on the Vulcan VMG24NG gas griddle help control splatter, guiding grease toward the plate to keep surrounding surfaces clean. Two U-shaped burners produce 54,000 total BTU and heat a 1-inch-thick steel plate for consistent results. Manual valves and a standing pilot ignition system offer reliable, independent burner operation during repeated daily cooking tasks.
