Wells G-136 25" Electric Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 3/4" Steel Plate, 208-240v

Designed to cook as many as 34 hamburgers per load, the Wells G-136 G-Series electric drop-in griddle increases production. Its 22¹/₂-inch-wide by 18³/₁₀ -inch-deep griddle surface is heated by enclosed tubular elements that are clamped underneath the griddle plate to evenly heat the ¹?₂-inch-thick steel griddle plate. To support a variety of cooking needs, the operator-controlled thermostats heat from 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Ensuring safety, the thermostats have a positive-off feature that alerts the operator when the surface is not heated. So multiple foods can be cooked on the same surface simultaneously, this mechanism also permits individual use. Furthermore, ring guards protect the controls from accidental temperature changes.

To keep hot, popping oil and grease under control, the Wells G-136 commercial griddle?s plate is surrounded by stainless steel splash guards to reduce cleanup requirements on nearby surfaces. Operators can scrape runoff into the 4-quart-capacity grease drawer, which is removable for streamlined use, and the griddle should be installed into a metal countertop for optimal performance.
