Wolf ASA48-30 48" Gas Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - Deep Depth, 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

Featuring a fully welded aluminized and stainless steel chassis, the Wolf ASA48-30 gas griddle is durable to support heavy use. Its top ledge, front, and sides are also constructed of stainless steel for strength, corrosion resistance, and streamlined cleaning. To further simplify cleaning, it features a 6-quart stainless steel grease drawer as well as back and side splashes that contain grease splatter. Its 1-inch-thick griddle plate can withstand repeated heating and cooling, and because it?s made of polished steel, it won?t trap food debris. Designed to be used on a countertop, this unit measures 48 inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 15¹/₄ inches high.

With a temperature range of 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, the Wolf ASA48-30 countertop griddle can cook a variety of menu items. Each of its four aluminized steel burners is individually controlled with an embedded snap-action thermostat. It features a manual ignition, and if the pilot extinguishes, a pilot safety valve shuts off the gas and burners. To protect the countertop it rests on, the unit is equipped with bottom heat shields.
