Wolf ASA60 60" Gas Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

For comfortable operation, the Wolf ASA60 countertop griddle features a cool bull-nose design. Designed for countertops, it also features bottom heat shields to protect the surface it rests on. Operators can adjust the temperature between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit, and each of its four aluminized steel burners is controlled individually with an embedded snap-action thermostat. This unit ignites manually, and if the pilot extinguishes, a pilot safety valve shuts off the gas and burners.

Strong and long lasting, the Wolf ASA60 gas griddle is primarily constructed of rust-resistant stainless steel. To expedite cleaning, it?s furnished with back and side splashes, while two 6-quart grease drawers collect runoff. It?s also elevated on 4-inch legs so operators can clean beneath the unit. Its polished steel griddle plate won?t harbor baked-on residue, and it measures 1 inch thick to withstand repeated heating and cooling.
