Its innovative handle absorbs 50 percent less heat, staying cooler to the touch and resisting temperatures up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. A dual-textured finish provides added grip and slip resistance, while the sealed design promotes sanitation. This fork features an 8-inch blade and a total length of 13¹/₂ inches, providing balanced reach and control during carving tasks. The blade is precision-ground from stamped stainless steel with sharp tines to easily pierce food. It features a red glass-reinforced nylon handle for strength and control.
