Hatco FDWD-2 19 3/10 9" Rotating Heated Pizza Merchandiser w/ 4 Levels, 120v

The Hatco FDWD-2 Flav-R-Fresh® heated pizza merchandiser has one door on the front and one on the back, so it can be used as a pass-thru unit, connecting the kitchen to the serving counter or directly to customers. Glass covers the sides and front, enabling customers to see product clearly, and florescent lights brighten the interior to showcase the food. This unit includes a four-level circular rack that rotates so customers can see every angle.

Versatile in size, the Hatco FDWD-2 hot food merchandiser can show off small goods like croissants and bagels, and it is spacious enough to accommodate 15-inch-diameter pizzas. Heat and humidity are controlled separately to keep food at optimal freshness, and the controls are top-mounted, where they are less likely to be tampered with than bottom-mounted controls. Electrical components and a water reservoir are also at the top for convenient access when servicing and cleaning.
