To improve visibility and boost impulse purchases, the Hatco FSD-1 holding and display cabinet features transparent tempered glass panels and LED interior lighting. Its motorized rack feature three tiers to accommodate different types and sizes of pizza while its ³/₄-gallon stainless steel water reservoir maintains moisture levels in the air to improve product quality. A low-water protection mechanism alerts operators when water levels drop to protect the machine.

The Hatco FSD-1 pizza merchandiser is part of the Flav-R-Savor® series, featuring a quick-recovery heating system that prevents hot spots and extends holding times. Operators can quickly power the unit down with the on/off switch, and to maintain stability, it's mounted on 1-inch legs.
