The Hatco FSD-2 holding and display cabinet is designed with a quick-recovery heating system that extends holding times and promotes even heat distribution. Its ³/₄-gallon stainless steel water reservoir keeps humidity in the air to maintain product quality, and to accommodate multiple types of pizza, this unit features a circular rack with three tiers.

Operators can quickly turn the Hatco FSD-2 pizza merchandiser off or on with a simple power switch. To encourage impulse purchases by increasing visibility, it's equipped with LED interior lighting as well as tempered glass doors and side panels. This unit is mounted on 1-inch legs and measures 22²¹/₅₀ inches wide by 25⁹/₂₅ inches deep by 27²⁷/₅₀ inches high overall.
