The Hatco FSDT-1X Flav-R-Savor® display cabinet is spacious enough to hold a 19-inch diameter pizza. There are four tiers designed to hold pizza, fried and baked foods, and more. This merchandiser provides humidity through a ³/₄-gallon water reservoir that is filled up with a front water cup and drains with an interior drain tube. The interior of this pizza merchandiser is made with tempered glass that helps retain heat and gives this cabinet a long life. The transparency of the glass lets customers easily see into the cabinet while the bright lights make products more visible. The Hatco FSDT-1X Flav-R-Savor display cabinet has even temperatures and a recovery system that prevent hot spots to keep food evenly heated and moist.
