The Robot Coupe BLIXER8 blender mixer comes with an 8-quart bowl constructed of stainless steel for heavy duty use. Two handles on the sides of the bowl make lifting and transporting it easier. Easily check on your mixtures during processing with the transparent lid. If you accidently forgot some ingredients or need to thin out your mixture, a central lid opening lets you easily add to your product. A central locking system on the base keeps the bowl in place during the mixing process.

A direct drive induction motor powers this mixer to enable intensive, constant use. The stainless steel motor shaft protects the motor from water and minor damage. The flat base is easy to clean. A magnetic safety and motor brake on the Robot Coupe BLIXER8 blender mixer protect you from becoming injured when using the machine. This unit comes with an IP65 control panel with flush buttons for easy use.
