The Alto-Shaam 767-SK single-compartment smoker oven infuses foods with an authentic smoky flavor by either cooking with smoke or cold smoking. Cold smoking adds falvor to food without heating it, which is great for seafood and cheese. Equipped with indicator lights and an on/off function, the controls are straightforward and user-friendly. Stainless steel composes the unit's exterior and accessories, so it will resist corrosoin when exposed to food or chemicals.
