Accutemp E32083D150 (3) Pan Convection Steamer - Countertop, Boilerless, 208v/3ph

To facilitate water removal after use, the Accutemp E32083D150 convection streamer has a front-mounted drain valve. Steam Vector Technology utilizes no moving parts and cooks quickly for continuous use. A temperature readout is provided on a digital display, and adjustments can be made with digital controls located on the front panel. The door has a strong, heavy-duty construction and can be opened during use to add ingredients or monitor the cooking process.

The Accutemp E32083D150 countertop steamer can hold as many as three full-size pans. The racks are constructed of one piece to prevent buildup of debris, and they are dishwasher safe to facilitate cleaning. Because the racks are made of wire, air flows evenly around them for uniform cooking. Indicator lights inform users when the water levels are too low or high or when the temperature reaches unsafe levels. It has a 3-gallon water reservoir and requires no water or drain connection for use.
