To provide uniform airflow, the Accutemp E32083E150 countertop steamer has wire shelves that are made of one piece to prevent debris accumulation. After use, the shelves can be removed and placed in the dishwasher for cleaning. If employees need to add additional ingredients after operation has begun, the heavy-duty door can be opened mid-cycle. The unit's exterior is made of durable stainless steel, and its heating element is cast aluminum for added strength.

The Accutemp E32083E150 convection steamer has digital controls that enable temperature adjustments and switching between cooking and holding modes. Steam Vector Technology provides quick cook times with no moving parts, and to view the current temperature, users can monitor the digital display on the front. If the water levels get too low or high or the temperature rises to unsafe levels, indicator lights will shine to inform users that something is wrong.
