Accutemp E32403E110 (3) Pan Convection Steamer - Countertop, Boilerless, 240v/3ph

To facilitate water removal, the Accutemp E32403E110 convection steamer has a front-mounted drain valve. It requires plumbing for operation, and it utilizes Steam Vector Technology, which requires minimal maintenance because it has no moving parts. With its small size, the steamer fits on a countertop and accommodates three full-size pans of food. The pan racks can be removed and cleaned in a dishwasher, and they are made of wire to enable circulation of air. Due to their one-piece construction, the shelves won't collect debris.

The Accutemp E32403E110 countertop steamer has a heavy-duty door that withstands frequent opening and closing. During operation, the door can be opened in case employees need to monitor food or add additional ingredients. When the temperature gets too high or the water levels fluctuate, a light will shine to inform employees that something is wrong. The temperature is shown on the front-located digital display, and the panel has digital controls.
