The Accutemp E34403D120 convection steamer has a 3-gallon water reservoir, so it requires no waste and drain connection. Its front panel has a temperature display for monitoring purposes, and digital controls enable adjustments to the temperature and cooking mode. This unit has two possible modes: one for cooking and one for holding food at ideal temperatures until it's served. Requiring minimal maintenance, this model uses Steam Vector Technology with no moving parts.

Indicator lights on the Accutemp E34403D120 countertop steamer inform users of high temperatures and extreme water levels. It has three racks that can accommodate three full-size food pans, and because these racks are made of wire, air can flow between the gaps to cook food evenly. For cleaning purposes, the racks are dishwasher safe and made of one piece to prevent crumbs and debris from building up. To remove water after steaming, users can turn the drain valve mounted at the front.
